1.The operation is easy and contaminant free. Only three steps are needed to extract RNA. RT and PCR can be done in the same tube, eliminating the need to de-cap the tube.
2.Reverse transcription at 60℃ better denatures RNA, improving RT rate.
3.Internal control and fluorescence ROX dye are adopted.
4.High anti-interference ability: By magnetic bead technology, nucleic acid is bound to the bead during the entire washing process, thus removes large numbers of impurities. It has high anti-interference ability against endogenous matters such as high blood-fat, strong hemolysis and exogenous matters such as HCV treatment drugs (i.e. interferon and ribavirin).
